i dont plan on buying any more engines right as of now my girl friend already think am out of my mind for buying three at one time , but hey she wasn't saying nothing when i was buy parts to fix her red cat tornado buggy. but she kind of happy about the whole water cooled thing we dont know how its going to come out yet but i want to try to do it any way i still have to draw the blue print for the whole water cooling sytems i got build a radator and i got find sum kind of small pump to pump the water around , secound any thinking about using a small fan to keep air flow across the radator ,if u know any sites that might have sum of the parts name that would hlep out also

Try a computer parts store, they have fans that cool the internal components of computers and can help to cool the engine.

yea i was thinking bout get a computer fan , am thinking bout using copper tubing to make the radator and using a fuel tank as the water tank and also this way i will be able to add water as needed, i was thinkin about using one of those elec. fuel pumps they use to refuel rc planes with, have u ever seen a water cooled rc truck or car i have not so that kinda of what made me want to try it

No I haven't. It reminds me of the cooling system on a motorcycle. The radiator sits in front providing liquidcoolantfor the motor.

Completely useless if your using it for a regular application... Beyond pointless, no point in making an engine run at lower than operating temp- its just asking for trouble, and adding lots of extra weight. If you want to do it for the cool factor, go for it I guess- but no benefits.
Now there are special occasions where such is required, such as R/C boats, or vehicles where the engine doesn't have proper cooling space. Example being I've been building a realistic 1/8th car for some time. The engine is position in the engine bay, the car is a hard body- and the engine will not have any airflow for cooling because it is completely enclosed. Hence why I need to have a coolant pump, radiator, cooling coil/lines for the engine, and reservoir tank in the engine bay...

ok look dude i say go for it, i dont see any reason not too. if your going to use it as a rock crawler it has a real application
have you thought about how your going to actualy cool the motor, like do you have a marine head for them? if not you can use some copper tubing wrapped around the head. but remember youll need brolly and 8oz tank to hold the anti freeze. this will provide enough to keep the enigine cool. and not overheat and melt the tank.
but as far as a pump goes im not sure if the refueling pump will hold up to the temps.
for electric motors it works quite well, i built a bullet car, like straight line with a 540 size brushless lipo running 10,000 mah 2s2p packs.
i water cooled it scince the car was completly enclosed minuse the wheels touching the ground. kinda cool, really a good wast of time scince it couldnt turn tho. sold it a while back
