Buying a Nitro Kit - TOTAL NOOB
Hey,
I'm pulling the trigger on a new nitro truck after lurking for... years. This hobby looks like a lot of fun. I'm going to go the kit route as building it sounds more fun than driving it!
I don't want to go the townerhobbies kit route as other stores have better deals and I can get some things I want for the same price. I've built this kit over at RCsuperstore. However, before iordered Iwould appreciate it some of you in the "know" would take a look to see if what Ihave here will all work together.Like Isaid,I am a total noob. Can someone check out this link and see if I have the right radio/servo and kit combination?I'm getting the Savage SSkit.
Here is hte link, thanks in advance.

I know Iwill need more tools, and perhaps some more glow plugs, paint, glue, loctite, things like that. But Ican always get that at the LHS. Thanks!

your cart is empty. 2.4 ghz is the way to go for radio. there are better than others but if if your in that range your better off. hitech 7955tg for steering. plenty of options for throttle...

just to let you know. you cannot see someone else's shopping cart. there is this thing called "cookies" and in each cookie is all the data for a website. that is why you can always access your shopping cart without having an account. also these cookies cannot be transferred from computer to computer.
...instead what you can do is take a screenshot of your cart then post that. it will help us help you.

Thanks guys. I was thinking it probably wouldn't work. I am just concerned that you need certain servo's for certain radios both of which might be specific to the kit I am getting. I will rebuild the cart again and make into a jpeg or something. Thanks for the responses.
