Is your clutch bell spinning when you accelerate? If not, check your clutch.
If yes, check the slipper clutch (on the spur gear), it must be fairly tight. Try rotate the spur gear manually. It must rotate free in one direction, and get heavy and move the wheels in the other. If it is free in both directions, you may have (in this order):
- a faulty one-way bearing in the transmission
- loose grub screws on the drivecups
- missing/broken dogbones
- blown differentials (both, not likely, but who knows)
Hope this helps to start fixing.

RE: KYOSHO - GIGA CRUSHER SF
I just came back from the hobby shop
he tested the Servo that changes the ffear, it is looking fine,
This car is operated by 3 geas, and it has a servo that changes from N to 1 to 2 to 3rd gear, and now it is on N,
and not moving
He says that the 3rd Channel is not workining, he says it might be the Contrallers problem of the reciver.
What should i do now

The 3rd channel operates a QRC (Quick Reverse Clutch) unit, that's why it can be in "neutral".
As I said before, need to check your radio (problem can be in the servo, receiver or transmitter) and if found defective, just buy a cheap 3ch radio.
Or, you can lock the QRc in forward mode. You will lose reverse, but i'ts the cheapest fix ever (free).
