Thats a much better video than the other. Atleast they show off some jumping. Now if only i could find the video of the LST from the RCX.

Ok the handeling was horrible. The jumping wasnt all that great either. U can tell its really a 20lb truck. The body still looks bad to me. It may grow on me though.

You aint kidding. They have a very stiff suspension setup.

Also how r u supposed to get aftermarket bodys for that? That thing is too big for a normal 1/8 truck body

i think that that trucks turning has some issues. and when it was going over the bumps it was bouncing moreless, it wasnt going over very smoothly. it gets good air but it looks slow. the sus*****on is way to stiff.

i dont understand why cen chose to let us see it driving on a track??
it is a beast that should not be limited to a race track,
if you had the money and bought one, who would race it????
i want to see a vid of it being let loose in a construction site or sumthin

I've checked out the two vids and the truck seems just fine. Sure it bounced around a little but I bet a little shock tuning will handle that. The power if definitely there....look how it cleared that last jump! If that's a 20lb truck there must be a lot of power propelling it. [sm=eek.gif]

after purchase requirements(imo):
remove the "Dimension X 10 Coil-Over system", then see how it rides
upgraded servo, possibly try a dual steering servo
drop the tire size down to a proline 40 series, for the extra width, and less rotational mass

if anything needs to be done, it'll have to be seen from experience

I am starting to really like this truck. It does seem to need a few tweaks but it definately has alot of power.

it doesnt seem to have good traction for its weight though

RE: New Genesis Vids (Different to the other one on this board)

it seems to me that the engine overpowered what little traction the "surface" it was on provided. loose dirt, gravel, etc tends to provide little traction. as i watched it go up that hill, which was extremely steep, i noticed quite a bit of dirt being shown to the bottom of the hill. :D The moderator over at Wild Hobbies saw it 1st hand and he says it's awesome. Check out the link and look for the posts from Kerry G.

Also of note is this second link which answers a few of the standard versus optional questions.

CJ, i have to agree with you. I could see that that engine had sum power.
