Mammoth Or LST

Although there are many reviews out there for the LST it is still not on the streets being used by the general public.

But with the current reviews on the LST and the Mammoth I wonder which would proove to be the better truck to purchase.

I ordered a mammoth already, but my bud wants to buy one as well and likes the mammoth but is thinking of pre-ordering the LST over it.

Between the two I would go LST in a heartbeat. If it were open to any truck, I would go Revo.
They are all good trucks though. It really comes down to personal preference. You really can't go wrong. Get the one that has the best support from your local hobby shop so you can get parts and whatnot.

I've never tried this before but i wonder if you can buy a truck, test drive it, and if you don't like it, return it.

Yeah, GM offered that for a while. Call your local Chevy dealer and they may still honor it. ;-)

It was just a joke.

I assume you mean buffoon. If so then which definition do you intend:

1 : a ludicrous figure : CLOWN
2 : a gross and usually ill-educated or stupid person

Honestly don't think I care for either one.

Ok thats enough. Lets stop there.

Specifically, I don't think a hobby shop would allow that. I know that Hobby Town stamps all receipts "No Returns". I have a friend that used to own a hobby shop. He sold it because he said the margins are ludicrously low. On a $400 monster truck they make between $8-$40. It averages around 5-8%. Far too little to allow for a return of used equipment. I think the manufacturers ought to bring their stock to town for a "test-drive" day to facilitate this sort of thing. Very easy considering Horizon Hobby owns or distributes most everything in the market anyway.
