Dirt Burner Racing 2005-2006 Winter Schedule
 

Ok, first off, before this gets deleted for a double post, i'd like to ask that the mods leave this here. I KNOW i posted this info in the regional section. However, that post is an effort to acquire NEW racers, and NEW hobbyists. As everyone already knows, im an MT freak! So i post the MT racing events here in the MT forum. On to the good stuff. I just snagged the schedule from another site for us monster truck racers at DB's. Check it out!

It is getting to be that time of the year again for indoor racing, everyone should come join us at Michigan's largest permanent off-road facility for Electric and Nitro. Our Building is 12,000 sq ft and has a on site fully stocked hobby shop and vending machines. With over 70 ft of drivers stand and 400+ feet of racing surface, and track changes every 6 weeks it is great for everyone from novice to expert!!!! And with AMB scoring that is compatible with personals you don't have to worry about using the house transponders if you have your own!
Here is our Scheldule:
Practice throughout the week

Tuesday: Electric Only
Doors open at 11:00, Electric racing starting at 7:00
19 Turn Truck
19 Turn Buggy

Saturday: Electric Only
Doors open at 10:00, racing starts at 2:00
Novice (Free entry with one paid family member)
Stock Truck
Stock Buggy
Mod Truck
Mod Buggy
Mod 4wd
E-Maxx

Sunday: Nitro Only
Doors open at 10:00, Racing starts at 12:00
1/10 Gas Truck
1/8 Buggy
Monster Truck
Unlimited Monster Truck

If there is another class you do not see listed but u want to race get 5 guys together and you can race that class

September 24th- FTMS Warm-Up
October 1st- FTMS Race
October 2nd- First Nitro Race
October 8th- 6 Week Electric Point Series Starts
October 9th- 6 Week Nitro Point Series Starts

And guys, read that carefully. 2 things that stand out to me are the practice schedule, and the seperation of MT's and Unlimited Monsters. I have yet to speak with Bill, or Ed about those, so i dont know if thats set in stone. I'll find more info this week, and i'll be getting pics of the NEW layout! So guys, get ready! Our fun is about to begin!

I am interested in racing this winter up at DBRC. Cant wait to see pics of the new layout also. I had fun running up there a few weeks ago and wouldn't mind tearing up a few Revo's....lol J/K. Sounds like a fun time Thermal, keep us posted.

I think I remember DB's saying the new track is being done tonight/this week. I can't wait to see it...sounds like Al Horne (local Pro) is doing the layout work and his tracks and DB's tracks always amaze!

Looks pretty sweet man, did they add more lighting? It seems brighter in there than when we were there a few weeks ago. Any thanks for the sweet pics. As always you the man!!!

No, no added lighting. Well, they may have had more lights on though. During our practice i dont think we had all of the lights on over the track. Im lookin forward to this layout. There are some really fun things on it this time. And my god that QUAD is huge. I'll try that jump with Jakes Lunch Box. lol. You fellas coming up for the first race next Sunday?

I wont be able too I just started a new job and My weekend is tuesday and wednsday, I dont see many actual weekends off in my near future. You keep uploading the good footage and I will see it through your eyes.

Yup, first race this coming Sunday!!!! Its gonna be a fun race! Thats my race scheme i just finished the Revo tonight. Boy did i butcher that body... Oh well. Live n' learn...

Thanks Eddie. I need to buy a couple new tips for this Aztek brush before i can paint anything else. So im a minimum of a week away from that. I'll probably have to order these tips from Tower. I'll PM you pricing info.
