s-maxx or sport maxx
 

for bashing......would you suggest an s-maxx or a sport maxx....why?

Okay, I would suggest a sportmaxx, It is pretty much the same as a s-maxx, it just comes with better tires for bashing, a different body. I was in the same predicament as you, i wanted an s-maxx until i found out by my lhs that it is a little lower to the ground and more for racing. But if you want to bash, spend the extra 40 and get a t-maxx. For 40 dollars you get 4WD and reverse. But to answer your question, i would suggest a sportmaxx.

Hold on, i am sorry, i would get a s-maxx, it has a 2-speed tranny, the sportmaxx has only a single speed. Phewww, glad i caught that, i think two speeds are awesome.;)

The sport maxx now also comes with the 2-speed. The s-maxx is only lower because the shocks are mounted in a different position, but it is the same suspension. Between the 2, it all comes down to which one do you like the looks of better, the regular truck body with chevron tires, or the racier body with knobbies.

Yeah that is what i thought. I guess i was just looking for a diffence in them , I new they had the same chassis, and i know you can adjust the suspension, but the guy at my lhs doesnt know that much about mt's. Thanks i did not know they it now comes in a two speed, Man those trucks are almost identicle, i dont think it matters wich one you get.;)
