Glow Plugs

I purchased my son a new 1/8 scale Cen Racing Nemesis truck. And my question is to any one that help us is what is the heat on a #3 cen glow plug. The manual says to run a col short plug but I called Cen and the salesman said to run a hot plug. Me and my son do not want to damage the motor. So any help we would be THANKFUL.

not sure on the heat range of the #3 cen plug, but most of these rub great on an OS #8 or a McCoy 59. both considered Hot plugs.

the OS would be a long plug I think, so Id suggest the MC59 for a short plug.
