40 series wheel/tire
 

thinking of running 40 series beadlocks and tires. really not sure if i want to fork out that much $$$. done some searches but i'm not sold on the idea yet. They will be going on my extended Maxx with a Hyper .21, right now it has the stock wheels and tires from an LST. they look good on it, but i think I might be losing some power with the weight of them. Will Proline Commando's and Moabs be lighter, and what about size compared?

for the record, there is absolutely nothing light about beadlocs.

if you are at all concerned about weight, go with a standard dish rim.

as for what tire, I think that'd depend on your typical use of the truck.

well its no really about the weight, that was just a thought. thinking of selling the truck now
