Warhead gurgles air leak mabey?

Ok got the new motor from duratrax and broke it in. I notice it make a gurgle sound when i accelerate and it wont idle at all. Could this be the carb leaking? If so how do i test for leaks?

it may be too rich and the gurgleing soudn you hear is alot of nitro hitting the hot cylinder/head and glow and boiling it.. something to check out

yeah, sounds rich. Check your needle settings. An air leak will normally make it run lean. Do you have a temp guage to test the temp?

yes i have a temp gauge and it running around 280-330
