New to Nitro Monster Trucks
 

I am looking at buying my 1st Nitro Monster Truck and I was hoping some people in this forum could help. No I am not going to ask what truck to get (already hundreds of posts out there) but rather where is a good place to learn more about this hobby. I have never owned any serious RCs like these so I want to know as much as I can before making a purchase. I plan on just mainly bashing and I highly doubt I ever race seriously so I already have an idea on what truck I will probably buy (Savage). What are some good websites that have good articles that would have helpful information to someone new to Nitro Monster Trucks?

I havent watch any of these vids, but Im sure they are helpful. I would just browse around on forums in areas that you have certain questions. and ask away. lots of people out there that are willing to help

Thank you for taking a personal approach to the hobby, its what I did, and I will continue to do in all my hobbies.

You must know that this is the way to REALLY get information.. when you just ask "what car should I buy" you get everyone's opinions. When you dedicate your time to finding out for yourself, you will truly be happy with your decision.

For when you do get your truck and you go to tune it...I have found my self looking at this page very often when I have a tuning issue. It has a lot of good information. http://www.*********.org/cars_eng-tuning.htm
