Default Help with My HOR

Excellent to see so many HOR bike enthusiasts, bit I'm a tad stumped with mine, Built it before christmas (without any faring or rider) to test it, great, have just added the frshly painted rider and AHH!!! he appears to lean the wrong way, been over the geometry several times, and can't see what I've done wrong, can anyone help?

Will post pics as soon as I've painted the facial details.....

I think no matter how you build the bike the rider will never lean the wrong way. Check out this video:

and make sure that when the rider leans left, the forks tilt left, etc. This is correct.

If you're talking about the condition where you turn your transmitter left and the rider moves right, then just flip the servo reversing switch on your transmitter.
