Default HOR modified brushed motors

hi, I just got a HOR built up and will eventually want to upgrade. My ESC can handle 12 turns and I was looking at the Trinity Cobalt 18 14T motor (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXLPV0&P=FR) Has anyone used a motor like this before, and what other hop-ups should I get so I don't destroy the bike? I was thinking probably the metal gears and gearbox, but if anyone is more knowledgeable, please speak.
