I need to runon atrack to seeif it needs hop ups...I know with the heli's onceyou start upgrading there's no end.

Its pretty much the same across all RC I think... once you start...
With the bikes, if you decide to race, there is the 'stock' class.
Runs on standard brushed motors, with standard electronics.
Then there is the 'Super' class, full on brushless motors, with working brakes and lipo power etc.
These are really fast.
Hope you enjoy it.

I'm not sure if they race here in Dubai, cars are popular 3d heli and big gas planes. They are building a new off road circuit and maybe a tarmac track at our new flying site roll on winter . (bit too hot in summer)

Derbys home but I've been working in dubai for 7 years great for 10 out of 12 months wx wise and very rc friendly . Ducati cost 950 dhs about 160 sterling.
