Velineon 3500R Brushless for OldRustler. Upgraded Battery, Transmission, etc... help
Hello, I recently ordered a Traxxas Velineon VXL-3s Brushless Power System for my Rustler XL-1 (first generation). I bought the car about 15 years ago, but it has always been very well taken care of, and only lightly use. So, with all components being in good shape, what upgrades are suggested (including battery, transmission, wheels, tires, shocks, etc...) to make the most of this combo? I typically run the car on road or a dirt track if that helps. I know that's asking for a lot of information, so help with any or all, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
