Return Spring on RC10GT with Slide Carb??
Just wondering how you guys are setting up your return springs on the slide carb setup? I only just finally got my carb working with the transmitter I just bought, and there doesn't seem to be any obvious spring locations. Any ideas?

You put one end on the carb and the other(which i think you are loss on) you put udner one of the srews that hold the engine in. i would put it under the one closest to the exhaust.

ICT, a barrel carb and a slide carb sit quite differently on the vehicle. I cannot put the spring down on a motor mount screw the way you can with the barrel carb. Thanks for the try, though.
Don't really want to be drilling holes in cooling fins either if I can avoid it.

You can attach the spring to the servo arm/horn opposite the carb (so it pulls the arm to the closed side) and find a place to mount a spring tab also...

I was sorta eyeing that option, Frost. Might have to do a little fabricating to get clearance for the spring. Thanks.
