Default WASP .18 BIG TIME HELPPPPPPP!!

i`ve got an mt2 .i`ve just got my wasp .18 today.the problem is that the standard pilot nut shaft and flywheel don`t fit on the wasp .18.luckily i`ve got a duratrax 4 pin flywheel and clutch.i`ve put that on and the clutch bell sits perfectly in but the end of the pilot shaft sits right out if it(about 15mm).that`s problem 1 then problem 2 is that if i mount the engine with the clutch bell the clitch bell doesn`t reach the spur gear .i will have to move the engine about 25mm forward which means i will have to drill holes in chasis.i`m stuck i need help!

I've got both the Wasp and 4-shoe clutch you speak of......the pilot shaft sticks out 15mm with the flywheel, clutch, and clutch bell installed??? I don't know how that's possible.

I use either the stock 32 pitch 15 tooth bell, or the BX 17 tooth. No mods. Drops right into an Evader. Great engine. Very easy to tune. Starts right up the first time, every time. Lot's of low-end torque. No complaints.
