I use "tire glue". It's simply Medium CA, but it's black in color and has a neat drying characteristic. When it dries, it cures to a rubber-like state (like the tire itself) and doesn't dry brittle and hard like regular CA does. Another neat thing is that it doesn't leave that crappy white residue on your tires like regular CA.
Anything to hold your tire on the rim will do. I'm simply stating what I use.
