Ya know i already figured it out, but thanks B! I knew you would come through.
P.S. you were right about having to take off the eazy start system, and i had to remove the header to do that. PITA
All said and done, I dont notice a diff between the 20 and the 18 tooth bells. maybe I didnt get the slipper clutch set right, or maybe my low speed needles way off. how can you tell if the slipper clutch is or isnt engaging at idle?

if your slipper clutch is to loose you will hear the engine wind higher when you accelerate and the car wont accel as fast as it normally would at that rpm. your lsn might not be off, because a 20 tooth clutch bell will give you less acceleration then the stock 18 tooth, but you will get more speed with the 20 tooth and thats probably why you installed it. to set your slipper clutch just right you need to tighten the nut all the way and then loosen it by a 1/4 turn, just incase you didnt already know.

Thanks for the info but the stock clutch bell was a 20T and I installed the 18T so i could do some wheelies but it didnt work. So i think my slipper is either too loose or my lsn is wacky. But i tightned my slipper to 1/4 turn out from fully tight and maybe even a bit more. well ill check it out tomorrow.
