Mugen MST-1

RE: Mugen MST-1
I thought about this truck but was eventually discouraged by the lack of spares availability. It looks like a quality piece of engineering and will no doubt be extremely strong as most Mugen kits are. I did find a review that may prove helpful. http://www.ultimaterc.com/land/reviews/mugen%5Fmst1/
I personally think the biggest reason for getting this truck would be because you want something different from all the Losis and RC10GTs. The down side is that I think it would be harder to find the parts you need to keep the truck competitive for a full season. JMO of course.

I race one of these and they are awesome. They handle great and are tough and easy to maintain. The shocks are also the best ones i have seen on a gas truck. Parts can be harder to get, but mugen parts are pretty inexpensive so i just stock up.

RE: Mugen MST-1
It's a good solid truck after a few upgrades
Search this board for MST you'll fine a post or two
I just picked up a spare kit @ http://www.ace-hobbies.com for $129,,,you can't beet that
Scouser
I've been running the truck for about 2.5 years now
I go all season and maybe break a a-arm once in a great while,,
last year I broke one bulk head because I was pissed and driving crazy.
Under normal race conditions I almost never break out of a heat or a main
Still I always have a complete spare kit for parts with me at all times,,, just like I did when I raced the GT and the Losi trucks
