    Is gearing mandatory?

I have stampede tires on my jato and if u dont know, they are pretty big. bigger than mashers, about 4 3/4 in tall. Thats compared to around 3.75-4 in stock. is that enough to need to regear or will i be ok? I can spin them from a stop on the pavement and dirt/grass, but it does seem to lag a bit when it hooks up. Is this hurting my drivetrain?

    RE: Is gearing mandatory?

It might be stressing the engine, and making more heat than ideal.
I always knew it was a good idea to keep all this junk...If only I could find that part in all this junk...q;\\
