I'd say.... the O.S .18 CV-RX!! [8D]

I just got one in my Tower ST and it's amazing.

I think you might need to SHORT version of the motor, but I'm not sure. I used to regular one, and it's perfect.

Okay I would imagine that motor to be similar to my stock Tower .15. If so, the .18 will have a LOT more power - you'll especially see it in acceleration.

I bet the stock tranny will be fine. Mine is fine so far, but I can't be sure if it'll last a long time. I'll just have to see. If yours does break, then worry about replacing it. But stick with the stock one to start out with.

I really don't know. You probably wouldn't have to replace all the parts inside the tranny though.

you will need to get an ssrc clutch and metal gears for the tranny if you go with the .18. the stock clutch slips too much under the .18's power. it wears out clutch bells really quick with the stock clutch. it also stripped my tranny gears but i was in the grass so that may be why.

I went with the OS.18TZ. A little overkill so I'd say your best choice is the OS.18CVRX

the tz makes alot more power and revs higher. it uses a turbo cut crank and 5 ports, some other stuff too i'm sure. mine is hard enough to control with the cv-r. i couldnt imagine one with a tz.
