Default EZ Start on RC10GT?

How easy is it to put a Traxxas EZ Start on a RC10GT? I was thinking about doing this as pull starting sucks and I seem to go through the ropes like hell, and I rather not buy a starter box ($$$) currently.

Has anyone done this? Tips, advice, and pictures are appreciated.

Thanks

the back plate on the rc10gt engine will not fit to and ez-start. Find yourself a tiger drive or save up for a starter box or stay with the pull starter.

Depends what engine your running...there's alot of different backplates made, you probably won't use ez start but there is similar.

it will fit, but you will have to drill some extra holes in the ez-start to fit it in

You can swap the motor with a traxxas motor that takes the EZ start, just make sure you have the backwards gas tank so youll have room for the ez start.

ur in one of the most expensive hobbies and ur worried about money? lol lowest is probly like 50 bucks. if not then get and hand starter, u know the ones for the airplanes. use that with a belt or something on the wheel and spin that under the cars flywheel. the rc10gt video shows this guys using it.

these are cheap ones to buy, u can replace the cone starter (for planes&boats) with a rubber wheel for starter boxes and bump your flywheel from under the chassis. I did this before, but its quite difficult, it will take two people to accomplish, one to hold the car, and one for the starter.

the rc10gt video shows this guys using it.
Can you give us link to the video? Thanks
