What kind of batteries, charger, discharger, motor, and ESC? Be more specific. I know a 4300mah pack will last almost 20mins with the right stuff, especially with a 21t sport motor.

Well, thats why. A good GTX and a low turn motor will change your mind. Also some custom build cells from cheapbatterypacks.com or maxamps.com with deans on all your connectors and deans 12 gauge wires will deff. wake up your Rusty.

RE: My creation..
can i ask you somthing whats the point in making it eletric they are slow and dont run for more then 5 minutes. yeah thats cool u got it to work but whats the point nitro are much better .strong. quick they are awsome . i will post some pics of my car i made it was a traxxas rustler eletric but now its nitro as i hate eletric trucks they just arnt powerfull enough or fast enough . but u did covert it to eletric so good on you m8.
5 minutes....try 3 hours with the right setup, and yes, that is one battery.
Stronger...as in torque? E-Maxx vs T-Maxx, torque wise the E-maxx will win in any car pull challenge.
Your knowledge of electric is obviously not up to date...

I know NOTHING about electric but, I voted hot cause you did your own thing, you thought outside the box, thats cool. Personally, I'll stick to nitro, I happy with that and I already spend waaaay to much $$$$ on nitro, I don't need anything else to drop more cash on!! But, anyway, great job!!

To be honest, electric is the future. You just have to look and see what kind of performance you can get out of a brushless motor these days - combined with a high energy density power source such as the new generation of LiPo/LiIon batteries, you've got a killer combination.
I love nitro and currently I'm running only Nitro vehicles, but I like to keep an open mind on this stuff.

RE: My creation..
As regards those who say electric is slower, I would have to disagree. I used to have an old Tamiya Gravel Hound (DF-02) - I whacked a 13T Reedy modified motor in their and combined with my MTroniks Viper11 ESC + 3300mAh NiMh pack, I was whipping an HPI MT2 (w/.15) off the mark, in the mid-range and almost in the top-end. We set up a cone-course on gravel/tarmac and the electric was the clear winner. Just had almost no lag in the throttle response - was hitting top RPM almost instantly....

RE: My creation..
I back you 100%. These people know nothing about electrics. And some people say CRAP when they know NOTHING, or are too lazy to look up the facts.
