Default engiene leaks at cooling head why???

i leaks at my cooling head and spits fuel out why is this???

You should check you head bolts and tighten down any loose ones.

also check any seals that might be missing or worn out.

divine_13, you're not going to post anything helpful, you may as well not post anything at all.

On-topic: Like the other guy above, make sure the four head screws are securely tightened. Also check your head shim, the shim between your engine's sleeve and the cooling head, isn't damaged or cracked. Otherwise, it needs to be replaced. If it isn't there at all, you'll need to purchase one.

You dont need to run a head shim actually. Some engines dont even come with one.

I had that problem yesterday actually, the copper ring/seal for my glow plug was bad, got cracked somehow, I just replaced the entire thing made sure it was tight, and all was well.

check the bolts...make sure they are tight and not stripped. if its not the bolts its the shim or gasket...or maybe you have a fualty head

Make sure the plug is screwed in tight. Had the same problem, but it didn't exsorcist style project everywhere.

another reason is this...but ONLY if you are using traxxas glow plugs......

thers something on the traxxas forum that says they changed the glow plug gaskets. if its upside down then it will leak. i would give you a link but i got kicked off, so youll just have to do some researching

it sounds like the cooling head isnt on right or not on proply same i didnt know so i ran it the i broke the engine had to buy a new one or the crank case is striped
