the air leak on my picco is coming from where the starter shaft comes out of the backplate how do i solve this.

How did you find out you have an air leak coming from the starter shaft? Just curious.

i blew into some tubing that went into the carb and rubbed the backplate in soapy water.
whats the seal bearing.

man i tolled you those picco 26 where garbage the only ones that are good are the 28's and 21's (not all the 21's)

EDIT OOOPPPSSS just relized ur backplate is leaking not the front bearing never mind..........(becarefull with the front bearing tho it will leak soon too)
