Custom Suspension Sutups...???
I have a xxx-nt sport II, and I can't wheely it yet. When I accelrate, I can see the front suspension comes up a lot, and sometimes it gets the front tire like 1 in of the ground. I want it to do wheelies more often and bigger. So I rattled with the shocks. The front shocks were like strait up and down, so I moved them where there was a big angle, and the back ones ALMOST strait up and down. I still have the 30wt shock oil it comes with. And I tightened the slipper. But when I dropped it from the ground I saw that there was alot of weight on the back, and if I dropped it from more than one foot, the battery box would hit the ground. I will be jumping, so I just want one that will make me do wheelies, but do not want to spend a fourtine on it. I do not want to glue tires, but if anybody has NEW street tires, ALREADY glued, just post or PM me.I just want WHEELIES!!!! And would a graphite front end help get it off the ground THAT MUCH??? thanks alot

No because when you accelerate the back compresses. So if you have stiffer springs in the back and it cant compress it would force the front end up. I think that sounds right.

Smaller CB, stiffer rear springs, softer fronts, Moabs or Masher 2K's in the grass and you would be fine. My truck used to do wheelie on command in the grass and I only had Moabs, has pretty high gearing too.

OK, I had it the opposite, thinking if the front shocks are stiffer, the front would come right up, and the back would be down pushing up the front. I was very worng!!!

Front shock don't really affect anything, as you have found out.
Also, a smaller cb and higher tooth spur will give much more torque, and maybe a new pipe if you don't have a good one already...

So could somebody give me a link to where you can find xxx-nt spur gears and clutch bells? I want it to wheelie when I accelrate hard, but I don't want it geared SO low it flipps over like this one..... http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...arch&plindex=3 Go to 2:04 at watch the low gearing..

So what I am gonna do is have more angle, instead of strait up and down.

But that is my only option, cause I can't go to my local hobby shop for a while. Think of 1/8 buggy shocks, it looks like there isn't alot of suspension, but you can jump anything. When you widen them out they get stiffer. RIGHT???, or should I just buy this spring set lot? .... http://cgi.ebay.com/Team-Losi-XXXNT-...QQcmdZViewItem thanks
