Default Changing oil in my Jato's shocks! How to...??

Hi,
I want to put some 40wt oil in my Jato's shocks I bought 2oz... how do i change it over, is it just empty the old oil and put in the new oil or what? How much do i have to put in! it's my first time doing this! How many shocks will 2oz fill? thanks!

just empty it and top it off... make sure you tighten it real good

make sure u bleed ur shocks.. fill them up then move shock up and down to bleed them.. dont want any air in there then let sit for a minute then but top back on... dont let top part suck up anymore air..
