RE: Show off your ST thread.
I have both the OS .18CVRX and LRP .18 engines in my RC10GT's, once I have the time I will try and do a video with both rc's and my thoughts on them........ So far both engines are great with lots of power and easy to tune.......... Only thing I've noticed different from the two so far, is the LRP seems to have better torque, but that could just be me.......

RE: Show off your ST thread.
if you are doing nothing but bashing and high speed, by all means go aluminum, I would especially recommend it on the RS4s, some of the suspension parts were kinda flimsy looking on the RS4 Evo I had, which is one of the reasons I decided to let it go and keep my TC3. PLus as you stated aluminum brings that total bling factor as well as strength, and less flex all around...

RE: Show off your ST thread.
this is my jato killer it has aluminum a-arms f/r, aluminum a-arm mounts f/r, aluminum hubs f/r, 20t axial cb, 34t revo spurr, jato graphite vented brakes, boost bottle, motor saver air filter, ported and polished hyper .21 8 port race, ported header, new not pictured is a outlaw pipe, and i have a set of jaco tires coming because soft compound tires tear and shread at these speeds. All this operated by spektrum dsm2 radio with telemetary. I have also had to remove the spoiler because it flips the truck over. I have had to put in a second block because it ripped the motor mount tabs right off the block.{that f'n sucked}

RE: Show off your ST thread.
they are just hpi v groove tires with a enamel paint marker that i took to the lettering. it only stays on because of the stiff sidewall doesnt let the lettering hit the road

Anybody else. We have XTM threads, Nitro Evader threads, Slayer threads, MT2 threads, GT2 threads, and so on. BUT WHERE ARE THE PICS OF THESE GREAT TRUCKS. I just got off the HPI SAVAGE thread and they have a thread similar to this one with over 200 pages. C'mon I know we got more ST's out there.

Nitrohobo I didnt notice your other questions until I took a second look. For the filter I would go with a MotorSaver Air Filter. They look good and increase performance. The shocks I would put fresh oil in them just to make sure. And the muffler I would go with the Vortice BR Tuned Pipe. Offers alot more performance and cost about 50.00 bucks.

Nah 30wt is good bro. Just if you bought them used when the oil gets dirty it loses some of its viscocity. So its good to put fresh shock oil in it every 3 or 4 months.
