Default Cheapest tires for a Nitro Rustler?

Hi guys, I just got a Traxxas Nitro Rustler used, and I'm looking for tires to finish the thing off. Everything else is there, except the throttle linkage which I am working on.

What are the cheapest tires I can get for a rustler? Thanks

Well if you get cheap, you will get crappy tires.
Get a set of pro lines.
They are all good tires.
Not the cheapest, but cheap wont get you much.

Street tires-> i love seed hawg by proline!

Also as for cheapest tires for ruster, i would never get cheapest tires, they will wear fast and you will be replacing them soon. figure what type of driving you want to do, and where your going to drive and get the tires accordingly. ( Ex. Street and off road, you dont want boe-tie as it will wear down on pavement real fast ) and ( if you strictly an off-roader you dont want on roads....... )

proline has a great tire selection

[link=http://www.prolineracing.com/c-34-tires.aspx]CHECK THEM OUT!![/link]CHECK THEM OUT!!

NOTE:
if you have a 2.2 tire get a 2.2 rim!

i had the moab 2.2's on my rustler for the longest time they are real nice!

I use HPI V-Groove for street and paved driving, and pro-line masher 2000's for off roading on my MT1/MT2(its a MT1 that has around 75-80% of the parts from a MT2).

The HPI V-Groove I've used a fair deal and it looks like barely any of the tire wore down. those are about $15 for 2 (without tire foam) mashers 2000s are $17 for 2 (with foam)

The mashers I've worn down a little but that was due to me being lazy and not swapping tires when I jumped it off grass to the street and went peeling out. And as wolfgang123 they can act as a 2nd set of shocks They also have the added effect of making it look like a monster truck instead of a stadium

And about cheap tires for My RS4 I payed $15 with shipping for a set of 4 tires and rims brand new smoked em bald in under 40 minutes, and the rims look like crap already so there not reusable. And to be honest the car didn't even get near top speed seeing I was still testing the build I did and also there was no suitable place to race it nearby.

I run jaco foam tires on-road and i run 30 series badlands off road. For racing on hard packed dirt i would go for bow ties

No you got it wrong. Hardpack dirt would be a Holeshot or Suburb type tire. Loomy dirt would be a bowtie tire.

I would use bowties if i would just be practicing on the track and use the holeshots during mains.

They are 2 totally different tires. When on a hardpack track, the bowties will fold while the holeshots will grip. Just curious, have you ever ran on a hard pack/blue groove track with bowties or holeshot?
