i am thinking about buying one i herd ppl every were saying they are a peicce of **** but after talking to my friends i am going to buy one in a few days ,,yeaaa
Believe me the Firestorm is not a POS. It rips, it keeps up and beats the best of them (GT2's, Losi Adam Drake 2 etc). I have been racing mine at my local club, and am very impressed with it.

I don't know if you noticed but they won't have them in stock until late may. At first it was late Apr, then early may, and now late may. Every other place has them out of stock also.

RE: -=OFFICIAL HPI FIRESTORM THREAD=-

i would suggest getting 3-4 of thgem when they are in stock
just so you arent stuck waiting for weeks 4 a new one
or get one in aluminium

Hey Buggymangp I sent a pm
I also found out that the fuel the shop sold the girlfreind was duraglo 10% and that the fuel should of been between 16 and 20% for that type of car

buggymangp 05-04-2007 11:25 AM

RE: -=OFFICIAL HPI FIRESTORM THREAD=-

hey storm
yes that is right. i`d go with 20%. that what i use.
i sent you an e mail.
one more thing. its a good idea to have a few glows plug on hand.
they do sometimes burn out while trying to tune a new rich engine.
feel free to post back here and lets us know how it going.
we are all here to help you. after all this hobby is about having fun.
