RE: POST YOUR WORKS HERE!
wow you guys are really good at your work. just wondering how hard is it to learn how to airbrash? i was told that you have to be pretty much an artist to do air brashing but i think i might just be able to learn how to do it. anyone help me out here i have been into rc for a little while had the t maxx 2.5 and sold it cause i destoryed the engine well i tradded it for an x ray with all upgraded parts for it. raced it for a while and moved and now that theres a dirt track wanting to get back into it ordered anther t maxx. did one body but it turned out completly wrong i wanted it blue on black but my dad had the smart idea to put black on top of the blue and turned it dark dark dark purple. it looks good for being purple and pretty good for not doing any bodies for about 2 years. what do ya think and can any one help me out?

RE: POST YOUR WORKS HERE!
Hi Guys,
I finally got my MPI Baja Bug Body painted and installed on my Rustler. I'm very pleased with the results. Seems a shame to race it in that demolition derby we call a race at work.
But thats exactly what Im going to do. There are about 5 or 6 of us racing mostly Rustlers at lunchtime at work on a track we layed out. Its a mix of concrete/asphalt and gravel.
This should make it much easier for me to keep my eyes on MY car.
I painted it with a spray can of Metalic Blue. Then airbrushed silver over that to make it translucent. The stickers that come with the MPI bodies are really awesome. (at least for the baja they were)
I had to relocate the body mounts to use this body. I custom made brackets to do that.
I plan on changing up the front bumper to something a little easier on the eyes next.
Comments and questions are welcome.
