just finished this one.
I've got that body too, but haven't painted it yet. Yours looks nice. Is the silver parts painted or the decals that came with it?

This may be a dumb question but, how is the blower and all connected to the body?

I know its only a solid color, but its to cold in my garage to airbrush, so I rattle canned it, I only wish my hobby shop would have placed my paint order 3 weeks ago like I asked...I was going to use white instead of black, and hit the body with metallic blue instead of solid...oh well...

Here are a couple of the bodies I've painted. I've only painted 4. The Baja would be #2, and the Recoil #4. What do ya think?

The bug has Pactra Pearl Purple and Fascolor Faschange white/purple. Looks the best in full sun outside. The recoil is all fascolor and masks are courtesy of CFX paintworks and my vinyl cutter.

Hey guys, these are my traxxas trucks. I have a stampede and a rustler, the green body on the pede was done by me and the green and black wheels were also done by me. the body on the rustler is just a stock blue body with some cool decals, the red and black wheels were painted by me. The green body was just a can of green Tamiya spray paint and some orange, red, black, and yellow airbrush work that I did that was pretty simple, i just masked off what i wasn't painting and then let it dry then did the other places on the body, and for the wheels on the rustler and stampede i used this special metallic paint that gives anything you use it on a chrome looking color. But the wheels on both trucks were already chrome so they came out even nicer than they would have if they weren't chrome. and for the black center of the wheels i used black spray paint, it gave it more of a matte black color than a chrome black color which doesn't look bad. Both of these trucks have upgraded parts and motors and use 6-cell 5000 NIMH batteries and go at speeds of about 40+ mph

The red and green paint he used for the wheels is called X metals. It also come in High Heat formula so you can paint engine parts, exhuast pipes, etc.,even 1:1 car parts.

My work coming soon,Im about to order.Im going to get a Proline F-650,paint it Indy Silver and put LED's in as headlights and Orange LED's as those lights that are on the top of the cab on f-350.It will be killer on my Savage X with k5.9.Im going to dog ya'll's trucks, the looks and speed, bye bye Revo!

Here is my Ofna Hyper One Seven Lamborghini Murcielago body I custom painted with the lines. I fabticated the lights from fiberglass and GaN LED's. Power source with a 9V battery. The CNC-milled ALuminum Billet wheels are from Crazy Nut Racing (bought before they changed operation through LHS.

Here's a few that I've done for my old version T-Maxx, the "woodie" is my favorite of them all. I like the older body styles. I have waiting to be painted another 50's panel and a 72 p.u. The 57 body was the first one I painted for my T-Maxx many years ago. I made the aluminum wheels that are on my Maxx.

Heres another body almost finished, just needs trimmed. I done one in red with 2 sets of stripes along with stars, I should have done the same with this body. Next time, I only have 4 more bodies that need painted.
