Default What PSI?

Hey guys. I've been looking into airbrushing and I saw that a airbrush itself is a whole lot cheaper than getting a whole kit. I have a compressor but was wondering what PSI the airbrush needs to run at.
Least and Most
Thanks For All The Help

like 15 16 psi
That's not necessarily true. It all depends on what brand of paint you are shooting and whether or not it is reduced or shot straight out of the bottle. Example, I will use around 9-10psi when spraying drop shadows, but I'm using parma fastint reduced 1/2 with windex/water mixture. Faskolors straight out of the bottle I will spray at 35-40 psi.

I do detail work at a lower psi, so I reduce parma paints.
