Anyone Tried To Make A Body?
If you had the vaccum forming machine I imagine it wouldn't be hard.In a shop class I used to be in we had one and I molded some letters with it but nothin big.the hardest part seems like making the solid mold for the Lexan to form over.

that part wouldnt be that hard. I was thinking I would use
high density foam to get the basic shape then cover it with
hot clay. I have used a vacume former but not with lexan.
We used some kind of white plastic.
This brings me to my next question.
Where can I get a vacume former?
