10-15mins should be the minimum time...

Don't rush a paint job even if it is a single color job..

its like...65 degrees. and ive been using a hair dryer for about 3-4 mins after each paint then i let it sit for about 1/2 hour. is that good? how long should i wait for it to dry before i use my 2nd lighter color? (peel off paint mask)

dont use a hair dryer, the paint is more likely to bleed. my only real advice is to give it time. the longer the better. i use a minimum of 3 hours, but thats just me. when i spend the cash for a new shell and paint(if i dont already have the colour) i want a professional look. not a job that like its been slapped together in 2 hours. i know its frustrating, but please take your time.
