Is it possible to get an RC body made from a custom mold?

I want to turn my OFNA HYPER 7 into a classic 1957 VW Beetle - not the buggy kind, specifically the "OVAL WINDOW" kind (1953-1957) which is the car I own full scale - see pictures of my car below. I know I will have to work on the wheels/tires/suspension, I am comfortable with that part



I would sculpt the car I want out of CLAY, by hand, and would want someone to make a clear body from it.

In theory yes you will need a vacuum mold machine, and a sheet of lexan

I've been tempted to make a vacuum mold machine one so I could make a 1/10th scale charger body. From what I read though its not that practical and is a pain to work with

I just seen a old bolink body on ebay that was an old VW bug for 1/10th (check the search for "bolink RC body")it wasn't a trick , it looked stock , I think it was like $29.99 w/like 27 days left on a 30 day listing .
