10 channel radio with S-bus and telemetry capability from Futaba, for $350.

I am curious what might be 'missing' from this radio to make it ideal for our use, and how it stacks up to something like the 10CG or 14SG. I see there is a difference between FHSS, FAST, etc. I personally have been just fine with FHSS technology and don't see that as a need to spend the extra bucks.

misses flight conditions ..dont know if 10cg or 14sg has , but for me its a must

While it doesn't have flight conditions, as with other Futaba radios, you can assign rates to the same switch and adjust expo and such on each, so for our needs, it simulates flight conditions just fine. The 14sg is the same way. It doesn't have as many mixes and such, nor high end gimbal, but it is certainly capable of flying a pattern plane.

What are some of the major differences between this radio and the 10C?

I assume the higher-end radios have a better feel to them?
