Default No Name's Wife - A lucky woman?

If you think that No Name's wife is a lucky woman, then let me tell you what I think. I think No Name is one lucky guy. To have a wife that shares his interest in this hobby is fantastic. My wife can walk through the garage, almost step on three wings and kick a fuse or two. When I ask her what she thinks about the color on the wing that she almost stepped on, her answer would be something like, "Hummm, I really don't know." "You know I really don't pay much attention to stuff like that."

No Name, now that you've won the Skylark with all the trimmins, what you going to do for Valentines Day? Give her a can of fuel in the shape of a heart? I really want to see the pictures of you two and the plane posted here. All of us won't let you forget. Congrats to both of you.

HEY GUYS
The response to this thread has really been amazing. I really am blown away. I would like to thank everyone by offering $10 off of the Skylark to anyone that has posted to this thread from the start until today (2/12/2004).

If you want to take advantage of this offer tell the salesperson that Billy Hell sent you.

This offer is good for the next 7 days (from 2/12/2004 to 2/19/2004)
Thanks again!

232Cap-Tain, the way I see things I'm a lucky guy ... not only because of the contest but mainly because my wife enjoys flying with me. She always goes with me to the fun flys and even participates. This makes things easy for when I want to buy a new plane or heli as she won't start with all the "its too expensive, that could buy me a new watch" kind of words

I just called her up and said "hey, I got a new plane" and her reply was: "No you don't ... I have a new plane" so I guess I'll have to order one anyway.

Now you guys are going to have to stay on NoName so he shares his win with everyone. We talked on the phone and he plans on reporting back with pictures and videos as soon as he gets the bird. I'm looking forward to the thread. I have flown this plane and I really, really want one. I'm hoping NoName likes it as much as I do.

You really should be ashamed of yourself fishgod. Why with all the day light hours you get up there in Alaska to fly you would/should be too busy practicing your pattern moves with your new Focus to be building another airplane. Besides, they dont have any election issues in the Yukon anyway. Just vote and be happy that your chad hasnt fallen off from frostbite.

Congrats NoName, we will be looking forward to your review.

Smooth FLying,

WG

I want a recount!!! There must be some disinfrachized voters!!! Did you count the hanging chads?

Fly it well NoName-RCU

Congratulations, Ian!

I wasn't eligible for this drawing but I sure love pattern planes! My electric Skylark is ready to test fly. The actual review will be published in Quiet Flyer magazine but I like to keep my RCU friends informed in the Glow to Electric Conversion forum.

Good luck with the Skylark!

Do you have the video up yet nonamercu? I've been eagerly waiting for the online review for 10 months now. Can't wait to read it.

Give the man some time. It's only been ten months. Aren't ARFs supposed to take twenty months?

Or was that twenty minutes?

Bill.
