WOW, I had read that she was overweight.....and that the finish was beautiful.....note really acceptable for pattern, what did the company say about it?

Wade Akle in Southern California has that Airwild plane and he confirms that it is way overweight. I think he contacted the Airwild folks and there was no satisfaction.
Check out the Zen 120 or Zen 140. I have seen a couple of these and I assure you that they are top quality pattern planes and fly excellent. Especially the 140 size. Really excellent work....all wood built up with great finish work. Price is right too.
