Default T2 A

Has anyone built a Bob Smith all glass T2 A? I got one on ebay, and it was missing the elevators and rudder (wood parts). Also, did it come w/any kind of print? I can scratch them easily enough just not sure what they look like. I will be putting in a Enya Mk. IV AAC w/pipe (ballistic pattern).
Thanks for any help,
Ed[8D]

Ed,

I manufacture new T2A kits and would be happy to help you out. Let me know what you need for the plane and I'll get it together for you.

Dan,

Please check your e-mail. I asked for some pricing. My wings are done and I am ready to start the fuse.
Thanks,
Ed

Ah, The TA MKII. It's beautiful flying airplane. It's a good looking plane that presents well in the air. That's what I was flying before the pattern changed to the turnaround style. I'd highly recommend one to anyone wanting a newer "Old school" pattern ship.

Do you have a website?

Clay and Wind,

A website is presently in the works and should be finished soon... but... in the meantime, I am going to send both of you a brochure via email.

Dan,

Thanks for the brochure. It looks like you have some really great aircraft available and more in the pipe line. Thank you for all the effort you and your family put into the manufacture of these classic kits and keeping us all supplied with these fantastic flying machines. I hope your business prospers, you all deserve it!

Dan from CCA is getting the parts I need for my bird. We have e-mailed each other over the past couple days and I can say that he is a class act. I like the old AMA pattern as I fly Tipos, Pheonixes and tried an Atlas for awhile. My next kit will be an Intruder from CCA this summer. Thanks again Dan.

That most likely was Tom B Atkins, the designer of the series known as the T2A if you look at the first letter of each name you'll see where the T2A came from.

Jon,

I can't send an attachment when sending an email here so just send me an email and I will return it to you with my brochure attached. Yes, I did purchase the molds/stock from George.

Thanks for your interest.

Dan
