RE: Arresti X
I received mine from Kondor Model Products in Canada. He had ONE in stock, and this is s/n 003 !!! It is finished, not test flown yet, but is under 11lbs with all stock equipment, has one piece stab, pre-installed fuse wing tube socket, and alignment of everything out of the box was very nearly perfect.
Should be flying Saturday!

RE: Arresti X
Well, test flights are completed. Got in seven, before the heat and ozone wore me down! About 1.5 hrs flying time!
It is a very good improvement over the Arresti III. The larger cowl REALLY, *REALLY* slows things down....and that's great, because it has plenty of wing to handle the slow flight. It doesn't do anything to make the pilot work harder, and the new color scheme is highly visible.
Spins and snaps are slow, graceful things, but there is no doubt of a pitch break, and it STAYS stalled in the spins.
Rolls are just as you would expect of a well-designed pattern airplane. Axial, no differential needed, rudder super effective, aileron response proportional through the speed range. Very little cross coupling anyplace!!!
Couple of pics here - more info on my website!

RE: Arresti X
Please NOTE - The airplane on my website, and that I am flying is NOT the "Arresti X". ANY reference to that airplane is in error, as Bill has NOT released the "X" for kitting/construction.
Mine is an UPDATED Arresti 3, which I'm calling the "Arresti 4" (for want of a better label).
Repeat - It is NOT the "Arresti X" by Bill Bloodworth!!!
What I have flies great, and as an update to the Arresti III, it's definitely an improvement.
My apologies to any concerned individuals.

RE: Arresti X
Bob,
Sorry, but I have to ask. Is this the definitive Pastorello keeper plane for the rest of the season???
I thought you must be taking it pretty seriously to have put an Ari mount in it :-)
How does it compare to the Icepoint?
Best of luck and I hope you win a few.
