Control-Line wire, comes in various sizes at any hobby shop. I use .015 and have never had
a problem. It's stainless steel so it doesn't solder good so you have to crimp the connections
or do it like I do, tie a knot in the end ,slip the knot inside the hollow end of a threaded quick
link connector ,and glue it in with JB Weld.

Nyrod pull/pull. Just thought I'd mention it so people can tell me why it's no good. Maybe it costs a little more than nylon coated leader, but it's easy to work with, always on hand, snakes readily, no chafing problems, no cutting into exit slots, when one side pulls the other pushes. I used it for my first pull/pull, not knowing any better, and liked it so I've kept doing it for the last umpteen models, up to quarter scale. I do brace it every 6" or so, but not sure that's even necessary.
