RE: Propeller for YS 160 DZ
OH and BTW, I did prefer the presentation of my four blade better than the two. I liked the 15.5x12 on non windy days. Then the 15x11 on windy days.
But I needed more right thrust with the four blade. And on my Zen II custom, it's too difficult to adjust the thrust. So I switched back to the 17x13 which I also like alot more than the 17x12.

Hey I'm not sure that any of us so called "HOBBY"!!!! flyers are qualified to give an opinion on the subject of what prop we like. Best we leave it for the professional toy airplane experts.
ENO next time don't waste time asking idiots like us. Go straight to Bla Bla and he will direct you to the proper prop authorities.

I'm not sure that you go can wrong with any of the props. They key is to find the prop that fits YOUR flying style best. I personally didn't like the feel of the 4 blade. And i am now running the new 18.1 X 10.1 APC and the results are incredible. Louder than the 4 blade, but will still make the noise limit. Great uplines and wonderful breaking. So far it has been the prop that I am most comfortable with, however that doesn't mean that anyone else would even like the way it flew. You could probably take a poll and get 10 different answers from 10 different people. Just like everything else in pattern, there are multiple answers to every question. OS or YS, Futaba, or JR...bottom line is they all work, but it is a personal preference. I have flown 5 different props on mine, and finally have settled on the 18.1 X 10.1
