Saw it at the Nats... It's literally a cross between the Zeque and Astral xx. Thick tail boom like Zeque and wide nose of Astral. Trying to capture the best of both birds.

Yea, I bet Derek Koopowitz or Adrian Wong already has 2 or 3 apiece. Heck, I bet they already have Naruke's next new design before he does.

Altair for '09, how do you guys do it? I just made the last payment on my Desire 60 from 1994.
Oh, it just came to me-when you came over from So.Africa your pockets must of been full of diamonds. As for Adrian, I think he has the Chinese bro' connection, then you guys mastermind an elaborate scheme to sneak in the latest Pattern Weapon's to use against us mortals. Very clever....we'll be keeping an eye on you guys.

Derek's right. The Aries is already old, it's for 07, the Altair is for 09.

Yes, it's obviously dated. <g>
I was surprised at the number of Naruke Hobby airplanes at the Nats this year, as well as the number of Japanese airplanes in general. They never cease to amaze me with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Apparently they fly pretty dang good too.
Too bad there weren't any Prolines at the Nats.....

Have you been looking in my garage again? We've got the Altair on order - this is for 2009.

Well, seeing as though you've paid it off - it now has room for more, right?
Been flying?

Bill and Sean's Aries are both made by Naruke Hobby in Japan, the original designer. From the picture in the first post, I think Oxai must be igetting close to having the same design available, but not quite ready yet.

RE: OXAI Naruke Aries O7
It's interesting to note that in the link on this page that takes one to Naruke's site, the model pictured has the Oxai logo on the tail and a clear canopy. Does that mean Oxai is going to the clear canopies, or is that maybe just a production prototype? I wonder if Naruke is mandating that Oxai make his designs identical to the way he manufactures them.
