Default Modeling has lost a great friend

For those of you who know Bill Kite in Kingsport, TN it breaks my heart to let you know that Bill passed away yesterday September 2, 2007. He will be missed very much. At 75 years of age, Bill touched many lives in his modeling career. He began as a boy with free flight models, later control line, and finally RC where his love for AMA pattern and then later SPA pattern kept him till his death. He just recently competed in his last contest this July in Asheville, NC. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Billy I'm sorry to hear that. Bill was a neat guy and while I didn't get to see him often he always brightened the place up. Have you let the SPA guys know? I know Bruce would want to hear about it. Take care.
