Default Fiberclassics- What should i do?/checkout pictures of new Rev Pro

As I posted couple of weeks ago, i purchased Revelution Pro from Fiber classics. After clearing customs and paying a few hundred dollars between custom broker and custom charges etc.
I open the box and see a product that is not up to the quality that we except from Fiber classics. Paint job that was repaired with Magic marker, blemishes in the paint job etc.
I send a few emails to them with no respond trying to explain the problem. I send pictures showing all blemishes, and nothing.
I contacted the credit card Company to dispute the charges. I send email to Fiber classics of my intention of disputing the charges and still no respond.

Well my question to you: Should i send this product back with the cost of shipping and all the cost that i accrued hear totaling $500-$600 knowingly that Fiber classics will not compensate me for that or I should just take it laying down. Just so you know this airplane cost me $2153 + $350 costums broker and misc. charges.

I'm trying to do the right thing and contact them again and again so i can negotiate some kind of brake so i can have the airplane repainted and repaired.

Your respond will be appreciated

Very disappointed from Fiber classics not responding to this problem.

I must say I have seen a few of their planes and have not been impressed at all. Parting lines in the fuse of a couple planes I saw were very substandard and paint was horrible........ I have seen some ARFs that were much better.

I would try to ring up Fiberclassics....although it might be $$$$ from Florida.

If my credit card company does not help I would have an attorneysend them a nice letter with pics of your plane and the bad things wrong with it....... Most companies would rather give you a plane that would make you happy or your money back instead of litigation.

This company is located in Germany. The credit card company will take the charge of but i have to send the airplane back thus i'll be out about $550.

Why didn't you buy the plane in the US. Planes Plus has great customer service with fiberclassics. That is the risk you take in dealing overseas.

Really thats discusting workmanship. For the amout of money I would be expecting an angel shadows quality finish!!! The first thing you should do is get in contact with the distributer, from there you should have a phone number of an english speaking fiberclassics rep in Germany. Its really not that expensive to ring Germany, make them pay full costs...Then buy a majestic or pl prod aa styled plane...

Just so everyone understand, the pictures are only couple of the problems. There are cracks on the chicks and Manny other paint imperfections throwout the airplane.

I just received email from Wolfgang from FC. He offered me $250 credit or replace it with the local dealer. I replied that i would like to replace it with the local dealer because there is one in don's where house. I have the pictures from Don.

I will inform you all of any change and results.

Well I have good news!!!!!!
I spoke to Don from AirplanePlus and he said that Wolfgang from Faberclassics spoke to him and he will replace this airplane locally. Don continues to say that Wolfgang and Fiberclassics are very nice people but there was another guy that was doing bad quality work. To make a long story short, I’m sending this one to Don and he will send me another revolution Pro with Schulman paint scheme.
I'm very happy and I will be sure to post some pictures when I get it and the progress of this airplane.

In your pictures you have written under the flaws, German marker. I believe that Fiberclassics planes are all made in Thailand. They moved from Germany over 2 years ago. I also have had friends receive 40% Extra 330's from them that did not look at all like they should. I think after the move to Thailand they lost a lot of quality control. One friend even brought his plane to the TOC and set it on the grass for everyone to see how bad the paint job was. I just purchased a Skyline made from the same company that the Angle Shadow if from. It is a piece of art. For that type of money you spent you should receive the same. Hope every thing works out, and you get a nice looking plane.

I guess there is a problem with RC Universe. It looks like other people are saying that they haven't send you email as ave said. Anyway i apologize for any inconvenience that may caused you.

Well, this issue with Fiberclassics is solved by Don from Planes Plus Inc.
I would like to take a moment and tell you guys about Don Kanak. This guy didn't sell me this airplane, i bought it directly from Fiberclassics, but that didn't make a different to Don. He send me a more expensive airplane with wing and body bags and without asking any addition $'s. He promised to change the airplane and that he did. I would recommend this guy to anybody. This is one good person(include Carla his wife).

I will post pics of the airplane in the next few days.
