Torben, it is just now becoming available. No one has had a chance to build or test it yet outside Oxai.

The picture posted above is interesting. The wing and horizontal stab do not have the tapered tips as shown on the OXAI website. Are they going back to a more traditional design?

And the telephone conversation in the photo was probably something like this :

"Mr Hattori san, I'm at the field but am a little concerned about the pipe you supplied for my new aero, are you sure you followed my drawings correctly?"

Is there any reasoning for the swept tips? Have we come full circle on the rubin and saphir?

Glen,

I emailed the factory that makes them in China and they replied they'd be glad to sell them to me if I bought in lots of 50 or 100. Needless to say I didn't take them up on the offer.

Nice plane Torben !

WHat is the advantage off a wing likt that??looks nice but is there a deeper aerodynamic thought around this?

This airplane stand that Glen asked for is aviblie at Hobbynet Japan.

hey
Well, I have flown with my INSPEC
I am really glad..nice build by Oxai that fulfills my expectations !!!
easy to fly, presis, crisp SNAP .. None mix at all
only fly cond.. fore Snap.. and spin
15 trip, it has been to before winter .... Succes..
I have nearly1000 good rounds in my ZN Twister
They fly very well, but INSPEC easier ... to draw with ..
End Weight on inspec 4601g with heavy LIPO ,,NICE..
