Why don't you Masters pilots vote to fly 07 on Saturday and spice it up on Sunday with the 09 routine? The guys here have flown through it a couple of times and it flow's better than the 07 routine. Just a thought...

Jim's out for a local IMAC, Ryan and I will battle it out in FAI unless someone else joins us, and Joe will be in Masters with at least RVP, Dave and Humberto.
I'll also be bringing my Bin-O-Stuff... and an Impact and Integral kit...

Looks like Tony and the Jacksonville crew got what they ordered for the O.J. Stillman Memorial contest. Clears skies, some wind yesterday down the runway and pretty much no wind today. 19 pilots braved the warm weather and fun and had a great contest. Only 1 mishap and that was Arturo Zapata with his Patriot. After take-off it went into the trees for unknown reasons. He hasn't found the Patriot because it's thick brush AND trees where it went in. Sorry Arturo. Next time I'm not gonna climb a tree to look for the plane . There were great prizes given away and 3 lucky people won really nice raffle prizes.
Kevin Wilson tried his hand at Pattern (IMAC pilot) and flew his Comp-ARF 40% 260 in Sportsman and did very well. Now we have to get him another plane so he can MOVE UP...lol.
Mikael was flying Intermediate very well and we expect him to be an Advanced pilot next year with the other 2 kids.
Jon showed Gary that he was more 'Aggressive' than Gary in Advanced. Enjoy Masters Jon...lol.
Best battle of the weekend: MASTERS!!!!!!! Joe and Humberto were duking it out yesterday (2-1000's each) and John was hanging in there as well, then today John must have slept better and came out and showed that he can fly just as well (won last 2 rounds).
Ryan and I had a great time using the Era 50.
Here are some pics and results.
- Prize table left
- Prize table Right
- Tony Stillman, CD, score keeper, judge... busy man
- Saturday's scores (Advanced only flew Saturday as Kyuho couldn't make it today and Jon won 4 rounds)

Great to see Gary Kirby back at it again. Within a wisker of death 3 years ago... he has been back out flying again for about a year and half now. To make it nearly all the way back and fly competitively, is a small miracle

You read my mind, Matt!
If Gary's flying, he's recovering. I'm glad to hear this news, too.

Looks like a lot of fun! Wish I could have been there, but 3 weekends in a row is a little much for me nowadays.
Glad to see gary Kirby back as well.
Looks like Jon is really digging the dark side eh? Who would have thought Jon running YS....LOL But hey I did the same thing a couple years ago so there's a limit to how much I can rib him [8D]
I hope to see you all at the districts in 2 weeks!

Ron, good to hear from you too.
Jason's photos of the flying site are a sight for sore eyes. This was my home field for about 15 years and I do miss it. One of the best I have flown in. New Jersey has a lot of things but good flying sites is not on the list. LOL
