Hi Guy's,

Can someone please give me the the wingspan and length of this model? is this plane also known as the Rogue 80 Bipe?

Thanks in advance for any info,

Mark,

This bipe is a full 2 meter bipe designed around the YS 1.70DZ. It is not the Rogue 80 bipe. This one is 2m long. Not sure what the wingspan is. I'm guessing around 70" or so.

It's the same design with a new name and like Archie said,... much smaller. I don't remember the sizes, but try going to www.flitoncompetition.com it may be posted with one of the photos in the gallery.

Thanks Guy's,

I had a feeling that the Element 170 bipe was a full 2mtr bird, so what is the Rogue 80? I have found one ( I think ) new in box and it's cheap, just would really like to know more about it.

The Fliton Comp website is of no help what so ever! It shows the Element 170 bipe and if you go into their gallery and click on the bipe pictures it clearly has Element 170 on the side of the fuselage but Rogue 80 in the bottom left hand corner of the picture. and I simply can not find anything on the Rogue 80.

Thanks for all of the prompt reply's.

Mark.

Great Archie,.......haven't flown since Winston,...maybe next week?

The Rogue 80 was not formerly introduced to the market in the USA, so information on it is fairly unknown.

Bill,

You are ahead of me then. I've flown my V3 one time since NVRC in Sept. I'm going to fly Sunday and also next Wednesday when I'm off. I'll also be getting to the field Friday around noon.

Just measured my Element 170 Bipe. Wings are exactly 70" each, fuse is 77" tip of spinner to the edge of rudder. Of course, i still haven't flown it... but it's ready to go!
